While its primary office and plant facilities are in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area, the company also has an engineering office near Chicago, Illinois, and office and production facilities outside of Toronto in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Landmark’s projects, however, are located throughout North America.

Landmark’s primary customers are cities, towns and the authorities who manage municipal water systems, as well as private developers responsible for water infrastructure on new projects. Landmark also works closely with engineering consultants—small local firms and well-known global firms—who often manage projects for clients. Customers in the energy sector include energy developers and servicers, as well as federal government and military entities responsible for base facilities. In the developing environmental segment, Landmark is working with leading universities, government entities, and private sector agricultural interests.

Depending on their size and complexity, water storage projects can span less than one year to more than two years, while energy sector projects can range from the immediate production and installation of an oil field storage tank to a long term, multi-year engagement for the repair and upgrade of tanks and piping systems.
